Jim Carrey Was in New York For Soundbath

Do you know what a Soundbath is? Neither did we but after a research we'll explain.
Soundbath is "a meditative experience with ambient sounds played by sound healing practitioners."
Andrea Lisette Villiere is a certified sound healing practitioner for Sound Healing Adirondacks and she describes sound healing as "the oldest and most natural forms of healing known to man. It uses the power of sound to restore one's mind, body and spirit back to a state of balance. The harmonic vibrations from the instruments have a deep penetrating effect on the receiver, promoting healing and well-being. The sound waves from the instruments entrain the brain to move into a deep meditative and peaceful state. This is not just an auditory experience-it's like receiving a full body sound massage! Most people fall into a state of deep relaxation, It's a pathway to meditation, without knowing how to meditate. The sounds act as the focal point, reducing and eliminating mind chatter, leading to a release of deep rooted tensions and emotional blocks. Many people emerge from the experience feeling lighter, more in balance, refreshed, and rejuvenated."
According to her there's a lot of benefits to it like: "deep relaxation; a decrease in stress, anxiety and depression; improved quality of sleep; and a positive impact on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. It can also help with vitality, energy flow, creativity and intuition."
Jim Carrey attended one of her Soundbath sessions and we got to know about because she shared a photo of herself on Facebook with Jim Carrey.

She also joked that she had to stand on a pillow just to be close to the same height as Carrey, who was wearing a straw cowboy hat and a hoodie.
We are so happy to see him! We have missed him very much! He seem very happy and also… doesn't he look good?
