Cotton's made me laugh, but it was a thought bubble, and it would have worked better with a speech bubble!

Must be telephone pole.
Where's he's hanging from something.
The other day I heard this sound from the top of a telephone pole,
like a crying, it turned out to be a squirrel stuck on the top of
of the pole.
He/she was either swearing at me or wishing it was down.
I was just walking by.
