Liar Liar!

Liar Liar was on ITV 1 on Saturday. Thing was it was on at 6:35 so they cut alot out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????

E.G The part where Samantha Cole pinches Fletcher's bum! I've seen worse things than that on shop windows.

There were loads more cut outs like swearing (Which I can understand) but stuff like Miranda pulling Fletcher's lip and sayings like :"Jerry enjoy my wife!" (I can't!)

Overall I was glad they put it on. And I did enjoy it! :D I laughed and laughed! :D What else could I have done? LOL! :lol:

This was great day for me too. Here in Finland they showed first Ace Ventura- Nature Calls movie and after that Liar Liar.
Thank goodness they haven´t cut it here!
But Liar Liar has been one of my favorits since then when I first saw it. Now I´ve seen at least 15 times but still it makes me laugh :D

And Jim... He´s so darn hot in Liar Liar, especially I love his hair style.

Here in Belgium, they also showed Liar Liar yesterday :)

in India HBO channel, Star Movies channel & Zee MGM channel keep showing Jim Carrey special months like for eg, so far they celeberated "laugh with Jim Carrey", "carry on with Jim Carrey", etc where they showed Jim's all hit moives every weekend!! WITH NO CUTS!!! except Me, Myself & Irene coz it had many adult scenes which no way could be shown on TV, like, the chicken scene, Jim sucking B**BS, All the F***Words, Jim cleaning his A**,etc,etc..... 8)

Wieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee I had a flat tire today with my bike so I had to drop it off with mister repair man and while waiting I ended up in a cd/ dvd shop, first thing my eye fell upon was a SPECIAL EDITION DVD, the kind they usually don't have here with the commentary and the take outs and whatnot. El cheapo too! I HAD to buy it. I'm so happy.
I only had the stupid without any extra's version but not anymoreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

they always cut out really silly things here, and it's really frustrating! they cut out LOADS of Ace Ventura: Pet Detective if they play that before 9pm!

i know, it's totally ridiculous, i don't know why they don't just show a "more appropriate" film earlier and keep other films (i.e Liar Liar) to show later in their entirety....it makes me so mad!!!! :x

a while ago they had on channel 10 in australia Liar Liar and that was fantastic, and also a few weeks earlier they had The Truman Show, which i totally didnt understand. i'll need to get that out sometime wont i. in fact i am going to buy all of his movies!!!

and on Showtime Greats (or someting like that) they had The Mask. Thats not one of my favourite movies though.
i love Jim Carrey, duhhh. i especially love liar liar and Bruce almighty. anyone know the address to write to him.

I'd have to agree with the "Jerry enjoy my wife" joke, it's soooo funny!! Not to mention:
Jerry:... and one more for good luck! *punches Max lightly*
Fletcher: *to Audrey* He struck the child, did you see that?

It is very ridiculous of what they cut out! I mean come on, what's wrong with "enjoy my wife"? I saw Ace Ventura-Pet Detective on Star movies and they cut some stuff out as well. But anyway...

I love Liar Liar!!
ReRiddler: I've also seen it 15 times... or was it 16... I can't remember because I've just seen it so many times..... And yes, it makes me laugh a lot, especially when Fletcher talks to Daina and he can't say anything... and then... lol, you know the rest. :lol:

I've noticed that Britain are even cutting movies after 9pm these days.

I think thatwe will eventually end up like USA with regards to the language used on the television. I've heard that the language is pretty good on US television, and that ours is appalling, but then again, I'm used to hearing the disgusting language on our TV!

yeah in the us the only words they cant use is F**K and S**T D**K P***Y C**T on tv

but yet when they show liar liar they cut out schmuck and put jerk
