Who is the best superhero?

Superman has the ability to fly. Many of the other superheros can't fly. But isn't Superman weak - he can die? I think he died in a comic in the 90's.

Well, I wouldn't know if he died in the comics or not. But he can die.
It just bothers me that the only way he can die is in a non-reality based way. Kryptonite. Which as far as I know isn't real.
