Wow ! Jim ,who knew what lurked beneath that Funny Man,
A really caring soul.... O.K. enough of that,Great presentation today, and nice visual aid You get an A PLUS.
So My questions to You and Sec of Ag is?
1) Will the U.S not charge high import taxes to these farmers/or buyers whom are trying to help sustain life in other country's.?
2) will U.S not charge export taxes for equipment sent to farmers in these country's?
3) Will your organization pay the fees and start up costs to each farmer?
And how may I help? I own sewing machines, and could teach women how to sew sacks to ship the rice in,Or give me, an unemployed woman the job of sewing them and you shipping them, or both.
I love your idea of getting pesticide free land to start anew with a product and teaching people how to survive.
It's like being the first settlers in a new land.
LET ME KNOW IF I MAY HELP.
I worked at a food bank in America years ago,I also worked in an UNIVERSITY Ag Campus in Nebraska, and was an urban(in town) farmer for 8 years as a child,1 huge acre.
The Nebraska state capitol has a SOWER with a seed sack on him on the top of the Capitol,"You reap what you sow" Great job of Sowing today Jim. God Bless and keep going,

Questions re Rice....

Is the rice genetically altered or is it just grown in a different way
to strengthen the growth process?
Does this rice give more or less nutritive value compared to other
rice?
Just wondering
