no matter what Jim looks like or how old he is I am just glad he has a personality that we all love but to talk about the age he looks I would have to say late 20s or very early 30s because no matter what he looks like I don't think he will ever look his real age. Thank goodness he hasn't had any plastic sergery done!!!!
