I'm never eating Jiffy Pizza Crust again, because I read the label and it contains Aluminum. I think their corn bread doesn't, I'm sure of it, so I hadn't read the label. I don't eat the baking powder that contains aluminum.

I'm going to take the leftover chicken and put it in a pot of water, boil, add noodles and mushrooms and maybe some sour cream for a stroganoff kind of thing.

Nah..........aluminium doesn't set them off........but it's meant to give you alzheimers though.........

Yes, its true. Many packaged foods use it. Like Bisquick, Betty Crocker cake mixes, etc. I use baking soda, or you can make your own baking powder with cream of tarter, or buy it from a health food store that is aluminum-free.
