My general view of death is to celebrate the life that was, not mourn it.......so I'm trying to make that my philosophy right now.
God bless Grandpa...for he's a jolly good fellow....

It's a great philosophy, it really does make the entire process much easier to embrace. We lost a neighbour a couple of years ago, it really was more like a family member, one of Rielly's friends dads. The service was a wonderful celebration of his life, his family and his loves. His favorite flower was a Sunflower...last year when ours opened in the garden, the children informed me it was Vic dropping by to say hi and watch them play....Life....it's all about how we choose to live it.... The huggles and hugs are VERY important:)

WHOA! WHOA!!!! YAHOO!!! Great news - definately a dance in the kitchen celebration in order..... :D :D :D 8) 8) :D

We spent over a year taking Rielly to heart specialist when he was only 5...the fear and waiting, things I would never wish upon anyone...and when we received the okay on a clean bill of health, we bopped to American Pie in the kitchen.... :D

Now if we could just get rid of these darn allergies. My poor daughter came home from school with a sore throat and red eyes today.

When I was pregnant I found out I had a mild lupus. So I had to get an utrasound at a special hospital cause they thought my daughter had giantism. I never knew lupus could cause that. It was a sigh of relief when the nurse told us she was fine.

I am glad to hear Rielly tests came back fine too, Laura.

Cotton, I'm happy to know that your daughter is well... Health is the most precious thing one can have in life, everything else is secondary.

Let's then celebrate... \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

You are right! :D

BTW how are you enjoying the weather? I heard on the news the worst is yet to come. Downpours all weekend. :(

I still have a head cold and raspy voice. You know you are sick when you sing "Maggie May" and realise you sound just like Rod Stewart did when he sang it. That is how I sounded today.lol
