What does fake snow feel like?

Can you make a snowball with it?

If you have enough can you make an igloo out of it?

I heard it was made of soap flakes, what if you're allergic to soap
(like me) and start to sneeze(or can't breathe)?

Does it eventually turn into bubbles when the rain comes(if it's soap)?
Can yu get it out of your hair or does it stick there?

I think fake snow is made of stirofoam. they put stirofoam through a chipper or something and it's slippery. . . slick. people say when ski resorts don't get any snow they put stirofoam on the ground so people can ski. not sure about that though. maybe that was back in the 70's.
