Deja vu....does it happen to you?

Deja vu....does it happen to you?

Post by Jimmie »

I was just wondering, because i've had the same thing happen to me, but more than once, like Groundhog Day, only i couldn't control the environment like he could. Ya know??

Yes, I get deja vu. I have all sorts of weird things that happen. Probably because I feel like 1/2 of myself. I'm getting a lot of "kismet" moments, too. I hope the good we do really returns to us.

I used to get it more, but hardly ever do now. I wonder if younger people get it more. I used to always feel like I had been in the same situations, or like exact location, or talking to the same person in the same conversation before.

Good question.

When fortuitous things happen which might offset any thing bad you might have done.

I never did anything very bad, though...so for me it might be winning 3 video rentals and having them be - ESOTSM, The Grinch, Man on the Moon.

i usually get deja vu quite a bit. I would do something one day and do it again the next. like to school and learning the same exact thing all over again. i also sometimes have the same dream more than once in a short period of time. man is it freaky!!!

I have, too. And very often! In This situation I said: Stop! I know what will be just now!

yes, all the time.. well, maybe not that often but every now and then... Some times I have it more often than other times.. It's kind of crepy.. I once saw something on tv about déjà vu's and they ment it was if you saw something you had seen before but not the whole "picture" but only a small part, or maybe that sunlight.... I just goint to stop trying to explaine here 'cause it just gets mixed up in my bad english and that I don't really remember all they said...
Crepy anyway!

I decided that I deserve to look for someone who may be different from me, but, someone I can see myself with for at least those dang ten soprano rolls that I was flat for.

Deja Vu's are a kick in the pants... I always feel a little closer to God when they happen, they feel so supernatural and surreal. They are kind of like do-overs (He walks you through it, what ever the experience) a before/after approach. Usually they are about something trivial, mundane :? But, if you've ever been in something really tragic (car accident, natural disaster) everything is slowed down, or in slow motion and thats pretty trippy  I guess it protects out circuitry/wiring in our nervous system.
