Bob Zmuda not Jim
Bob dresses as Tony and tries to get into places he is not invited too and Lynne Margulies(Andys Ex) films it and sells them on Ebay. I know because I have bought one of those dvds from her. One way to tell the difference between Bobs Tony and Jims Tony is that Bobs Tony is shorter and fatter.

Ow, the other guy said that it was Jim Carrey. Damn, Jim does the impression very well ... besides the fat-thing you can't tell the difference. This looks like Jim so much.
