Jim Carrey's Brenwood House Officially Sold

It's the end of a era, as some people would say. We have mentioned before that Jim Carrey's house in Brentwood, were he lived for 30 years was on the verge of being sold.
Now, it's official: It was sold for 17 millions this past Friday.
"The 5-bedroom house is 10,954 square feet, with 6 fireplaces, brick hallways, wood floors and a custom art deco movie theater straight out of Old Hollywood, that lays in 2 acres of land with a tennis court, gazebo, waterfall pool and spa, pool house with a wet bar, steam room and an infrared sauna." Now belongs to someone else and do hope they enjoy it as much as Jim did.
We are happy that Jim was able to get the deal and we sure hope he's happy too.
