"Majestic" to shoot at Mendocino village
25 Feb 2001 The rumors about "The Majestic" also going to shoot at Mendocino have finally been confirmed. First, Howard was so kind enough as to let us know that a new casting call was going to take place this past weekend at Fort Bragg (Mendocino) and now SS, who attended the call, tells us when and where the Mendocino filming is going to occur:

Sunday Feb. 25th
Just went to an open call for extras, or "atmosphere" as they put it, for the new JC vehicle "The Majestic". They'll be filming in late March/early April for a few days in the historic village of Mendocino, 11 miles south of Fort Bragg on Hwy 1. They asked very specifically if I or anyone I knew had period musical instruments. It'll be interesting to see what that's about.»
