Nickelodeon's 12th Annual Kids' Choice Awards
24 Feb 1999 Jim Carrey was nominated again for Nickelodeon's 12th Annual Kids' Choice Awards, in the category of Favorite Movie Actor, for his role in THE TRUMAN SHOW. The other nominees are Eddie Murphy - DR. DOLITTLE, Adam Sandler - THE WATERBOY/ THE WEDDING SINGER and Chris Tucker - RUSH HOUR.
The live awards show will be hosted by Rosie O'Donnell from UCLA's Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles on Saturday, May 1 beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET. (Tape delayed for the West Coast.)
Voting is open from February 22 to March 21 at participating Burger King restaurants, via toll-free call-ins on March 13, 20 and 27 during SNICK. Kids can also cast their votes at Nickelodeon Studios (Florida) on April 2, and online at Nick or Nickelodeon Online (AOL, keyword: nick).
Nick.com and Nickelodeon Online will show behind-the-scenes of the awards, including live updates and online chats with celebrities.
